Spent hours entering information....

Spent hours entering in information, only to find the next day everything has been lost. Completely deleted. I had read it in the reviews happening to another person but just figured it must have been a single event. Its not... How frustrating. As far as the layout and how it is intending to work, it would be great. If it worked. I am requesting a refund.
